I need some help! I have been taking Cilest for the last 4 months due to skin problems, but have decided to come off it as I heard the health risks were quite high. I took my last packet on Sunday and had my 7 day break. I have now gone straight onto taking Yasmin. Am I unprotected for the first 7 days like you would when taking the pill for the first time? Does it matter taking a new type of pill?
