I need help prewriting. I am supposed to come up with a 5 page paper.

The prompt is: Identify moments of comedy in the play and how they function to support the theme of tragedy.

I need specific examples from the play.

So far I have a few ideas but I am not really sure how to connect them to the theme of tragedy.

-Unique mixture of merriment and solemnity

-Hamlet's pretended madness

-Hamlet mocking other characters verbal styles (ex. Conversation with Osric)
