The scenario is:

Example A comes to you, stating that she had an oral contract with Example B, to have her portrait drawn. She refuses to pay, saying he made her legs look too wide. He has sued her for breach of contract and published a statement in The State newspaper that Example A does not pay her bills. She lost her job at a telemarketing company when her boss saw the paper.
