I need help creating a solid thesis statement for the following topic: Active military service can be very different from civilian life. Some veterans have a smooth transition to civilian life at the end of their service while others do not. There are many variables that may influence a veteran's experience.

Research Question: What can be done to increase the likelihood of a smooth transition from military service to civilian life?

I attached 4 papers that have different topics in their body/paragraghs and would like to align a thesis to match these papers. I had previously tried to organize a thesis (Listed below). I just cant seem to organize a 1-2 sentenses thesis that would support a final paper (1500 wrds+).
