I live in south Florida.My primary care MD stated she was unfamiliar with the medication.My orthopedic MD also declined.How can I try this drug,my BMI is 32.6.I am overweight and suffering with hypertension due to that fact.Can someone advise me how to obtain this medication.

I am unable to find doctors familiar with the drug and unable to get a prescription?
