I like to use tanning beds and yes I know its bad but lets face it we all do unhealthy things in life. I take tanamins which really work but I want to take hair skin and nail biotin pills sold at Wal-Mart but im not sure if that is an unhealthy combination. I will be seeing my doctor soon but hoping for some extra input. I want to take biotin(Wal-Mart)3000mg and Tanamins (tanning pill). Would this combination be safe?
