I have video presentation which i need to do about a case called Hawkins vs clayton ( 1988 ).

I need to speak for about five minutes about it.

Like its overview, important points and conclusion.

I need to play either a plaintiff or a defendant for this case.

Its for Business and corporations law.

1) Overview of the case.

2) And i have to play whoever is stronger in this particular case, either a plaintiff or the Defendant and if i am playing a plaintiff i have to talk a little bit about the defendant and focus more on plaintiff and vice versa.

3) Decision and Conclusion.
