I have to pick something from my everyday life that I would like to change and decide whether or not it is classical conditioning or operant conditioning. I chose getting up earlier in the morning to jog. I identified it as operant conditioning with the following stimulus. I need to make sure these stimulus/reinforcers are correctly identified.

Discriminative Stimulus: Me getting up when my alarm goes off at 6 instead of 7
Positive Reinforcer: Feeling better/endorphins/toning my body
Negative Reinforcer: Alarm buzzing forces me out of bed/muscle aches
Primary Reinforcer: None or possibly endorphins?
Secondary Reinforcer: Toning
Shaping: My body naturally gets up at 6
Extinction: None, if I do it every day
Schedule of Continuous Reinforcement: More energy, better feeling when I run
Schedule of Partial Reinforcement: None?
Escape Learning: None
Avoidance Learning: None
Punishment: Sore Muscles
I would be on a Variable-Interval Schedule: It takes different amounts of time to get an effect of the endorphins, toning, muscle aches
I do not have any schedules of Reinforcement (continuous or partial).
It would be programmed instruction-I gradually run more as my body gets used to it.
