I have project for my Cost Analysis and Budgeting class. I have to develop a paper/project addressing a topic which incorporates the design and documentation of a Excel model directed towards a specific decision-making need or objective

I would like to base the project on a health facility for which I sit on the board (because I have access to all financial info), but I'm having trouble deciding on a specific topic. The model needs to address a specific need or objective, and possible something that can be used in making similar decisions in the future. Please help me with an idea.
