I have OLP for 16 months on my inner lips, one ulcer lesion is very bad and painful and currently using only Fluocinonide Gel. I have used oral steriod tablets and mexitrexate. Neither of those seem to help. I stopped taking my ARB Blood Pressure tabs for over two months and most of my supplements. Nothing has helped. Has anyone found a relief or remission for this painful condition of ulcer-like swelling and pain? What are the treatments for oral lichen plantus?
