I have Mirena for 5yrs I'm overdo for removal. The past 3 days I've been bleeding for 3 days now so I believe its my period last night I checkef for the strings and can't find it. I've been having cramps and just now I could sit with sharp pains in back. I have an appointment in Tuesday is it safe to wait.
