I have had a lump on my knee for about a year now. It is larger than a quarter, hard, and moveable. It hurts to press on, and sometimes I will have random shooting pains throughout the day. It hurts especially bad when I hit it on something (as I do often because I'm clumsy). I have no history of trauma to the area, but I am a dancer, so I do perform maneuvers that land on the knee (that hurts. so. bad.). I went to the doctor, got MRIs, but they will not be read until I get blood drawn.. that was months ago... I'm scared of needles! Anyone else had a similar lump?
