I have been having severe stomach pains lately. So bad the pain wakes me up at night and I can't sleep. It feels like it is mainly on the left side of my abdomen. I'm not having diarrhea, and while I have not had issues going to the bathroom I don't feel fully evacuated. I tried tums which helped for a little while but I don't have anymore. I am hungry but when I eat I get nauseous, though I have yet to vomit. I have woken up at four A.M. the past three nights because of the pain, even though I am eating food regularly.
