I have been having alot of stress at work and have been having bad chest palpitations and sometimes I even shake. This only happens at work while under extreme pressure and multi-tasking. I am so fearful that I will make a mistake and I get very stressed out. My pdoc prescribed clonozepam 1 mg, 2x a day. It helps me sleep but does nothing for me at work while under stressful situations. Is there anything that could help with these awful heart palpitations and shaking? Sometimes I am afraid that I'll have a stroke, I can feel my heart pounding so fast. It's awful and scary.
