I have been given the option to have the Jetrea injective for a small macular hole. I am worried about this for several reasons. First, cannot find out how long these side effects last, even when I call the company! Second, I am concerned that this drug is so new. The way it was presented to me I almost feel like they are still in trial phase. Third I am worried about long term effects, ie something that might show up down the road. Would those who have had the shot tell me about their experience with side effects, the duration, have they resolved etc.? For those who had the shot 6-12 months ago, any issues?
