I have been getting auras from migraines nearly everyday..my heart starts to race when i realize it's coming on..then the visual distortion and geometrical color shapes comes on..i immediately take an ibuprophen 200mg and it clears the auras in.about 20_30 minutes... my Dr wants me to take verapramil which i want to .. but i don't have high blood pressure..How will this affect me if my pressure drops..she wants me to take it when i get to work... i read where others take it at night..which would be best for me.
