I have been depressed n diagnosis depressed for 18 yrs. at age 21, I'm now 38 an honestly it gets worse the older I get and has made my daily life very isolating n past 7 months, I'm on meds n help some but I have just lost most hope n anything. Just wondering if female hormones could be playing any role n these feeling. I have severe PMS and was diagnosed with PMDD. Could decrease n hormones be affecting me?
