I had to sleep apnea test done and I was told I snore and Im waiting for the doctor to call so I can get this mask to wear to bed at night. My pain doctor ordered it to see if I had apnea and if so that I wear the mask and it will help lose some weight to help relieve some pain in my lower back. How do you feel after starting out wearing it and does it really make u feel better in the morning?
