I had a hip replacement in January of 2013. I now experience an ongoing nagging what I can describe as muscle pain or stiffness chronically. It is mostly in the front of my leg just as it connects to my crotch area. The back of my leg is often sensitive too. I have been taking glucosamine chondroitin msm with vitamin d. Ibuprofen and or Tylenol do not seem to help this pain. Is there anything else I can take orally that may help relieve some of this pain> or specific exercises you would recommend? Lately I have been using Salon Pa patches which help some but the warnings on the label state not to use more then 7 days.
