I got the nexplanon inserted in the the first week of July 2013. I bled off and on for 3 months but then completely stopped bleeding up until a month ago. I have now been bleeding a dark dark thick red blood for a month straight and occasionally get severe abdominal pain. Is this normal? And if so am I going to bleed for 3 months again? The first 3 months was pretty much just spotting..nothing like now.
