I got my first depo shot a month ago on the 3-5th day of my period(the 23rd of June) And this month around when my period should have come(23 of July?) , I just got bad cramps and other period symptoms. But still didn't get a period. A few days later I had protected sex and after that I started spotting really lightly for a few days and still have cramps like I'm on my period. Should I count that as my period or what? I'm not sure what to expect on this shot. I just know I'm not supposed to bleed heavy and slowly not have a period. I'm 18 and I don't want to get pregnant. I'm just freaking out.
