I feel that leadership is something that is hard to define and as a result, there are a thousand different understandings of what it really means.

You can think of it as a person that you would want to follow or a person that you would listen to if you were in a large group and wondered to yourself what made you listen to that person.

To some people it is considered as someone having a worthy vision and ability to accomplish planned goals and objectives. It can be both and also be a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.

In the project I will try to discuss how important it is for managers to have leadership skills and qualities to influence others for the achievement of their organizational needs.

It will also explain what the influence of leadership makes and explains different leadership styles, such as Laissez-Faire, Autocrat, Participative, Transactional, Transformational, and Charismatic.

In a workplace different types of leadership styles exist, so what is chosen is determined by the culture and goals of an organization. The project will also have three prominent CEOs in an organization.

I haven't made a decision on the three but I am leaning towards Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Steve Jobs, this could change.

It will give some feedback on the leadership styles they use and how it made their organizations progress. In conclusion, it will close in explaining how the effect of leadership gives individuals whether from an organizational or a personal aspect, motivation and positive results.
