I do not have osteoporosis, take vit D supplements to keep levels up and am not overweight, although I do have thinning skin which could be normal part of aging?? Anyway, wondering if anyone has gotten off after this long and what side affects to expect with gradual withdrawal.Have been on low dose 5 mg/day pred for crohns. for 16 yrs. Can I get off.
