I can fall asleep in the least bad way and i wake with a pinched nerve... This time is the worst,, I been in pain for 5 days with each day getting worse. Its so bad today that i wanted to see my Doc. but can't get a appointment until Monday..What can i do over the weekend? After weight lifting several yrs and now no lifting for 10 years?
