I am recently having some issues and have no idea what it might be. I recently hurt my shoulder about 1.5 years ago. Basically is it's inflammation of the rotator cuff with the tendon under scapula. I'm taking pt for this. But I have noticed certain positions or holding something too long my fingers go numb as well as I have this weird pain that runs from my inside of biceps all the way down to the inside I hand to thumb. My fingers have been this way off and in too. I am having neck pain for years as well as lower back pain. I constantly pop my neck probably at least three to four times a day. I also am having trouble with my sciatic nerve. It runs down my right leg into back of knee. Causing hip probs in that area too. Help I am falling a part. I am an active Zumba instructor and need to be fixed. I'm tired of hurting!
