I am on Wellbutrin SR and have been taking it for two weeks 150mg, 2x day; I've also just finished taking Celexa 30mg (4 days ago) under my psych's overview.

For two weeks I haven't been able to sleep, but for the last 24 hours I've been completely exhausted. I'm also dizzy, nauseous, even actively gagging on food. Is this a side effect?
