I am on the 40 mg dosage for about 2 months and still stuggling with irrational thoughts, catastrophic thinking, and OCD compulsive behaviors. My psychiatrist suggested adding a mood stabilizer. I don't have bipolar disorder. I'm a little scared to add another med especially because I'm not understanding how a mood stabilizer relates to OCD. Can anyone help?
