I am just starting to take the pill and my period is extremely irregular. I will go months without having a period at all but I want to go ahead and start the pill. If I get my period while I'm in the middle of my active pill do I stop taking the active ones and switch to the reminder ones? And if that's the case do I start taking the active ones as soon as the reminder ones are done? If I get my period while taking the active pills do I switch to the reminder pills?
