This slide should have 3-4 Strategic Issue statements with indented sub-bullets representing the implication of that Strategic Issue
- Component #2: Income Statement Common Size Analysis
This slide should provide a Common Size Analysis of the Income Statement (take each line item as a percentage of the total revenue line) for your capstone company and its key competitor. Highlight (circle, shade, arrows, etc) those lien items that inform your analysis (Strategic Issues).
- Component #3: Strategic Analysis Techniques
This should be a 3-column table. The first column will list the name of the analytical technique. The second column should have 2-3 key findings surfacing from the application of this technique that support your strategic issue and foreshadow your recommendation. The third column should state your overall conclusions, which can be used as evidence to support your recommendations. Feel free to include a PPT for each analytic.
- Component #4: Recommendations
This should be a 3-column table. The first column will list your Recommendation. The second Colum will list the analytical technique revealing the Strategic Issue and supporting this recommendation. The final column will list the Strategic Issue resolved by this recommendation.
