I am at the age where I need to decide if estrogen replacement is a good choice for me? After extensive research I decided that I would try estriol, instead of estradiol. I asked the doctor to please prescribe estriol. The doctor prescribed Equin, by LAB, ALDO-UNION SA from Barcelona, Spain. I have tried to research to make sure this medication is in fact estriol, not estradiol. I find nothing on the internet. I have written emails to the company but they have not responded. Can anyone tell me for sure that this medication contains estriol, not estradiol?
