Here is the thing, I am an engineering intern at caddell construction, working in a US embassy project in Dominican Rep. I told my boss at the beginning that I was going to be working till August 25th. Now, I just got this letter from my university back home, offering me to be a RA (resident assistant) because one of the guys who was suppose to be a RA for next semester had some personal issues, so he quitted the job.

Now, I need help writing a letter to let know my boss (the project manager), telling him somehow that i would be leaving at the end of July because I need to get a 3 week training in order to be a RA. The training would be starting on August 3rd, so I need to leave the job by the end of this month.

Please I need help desperately and I WILL RATE INSTANTLY!!! I need this letter to be profesional.
