I am a CAD patient. I have been instructed to carry my nitrostat tablets with me at all times and to use them only if needed. I travel to hot climates ( temperatures are over 100 degrees F. ) on business. I am an architect and must work outdoors for part of each day. I keep the pills in their original small glass container, which I place in an aluminum pill box. Do the pills lose their potency if they reach these higher temperatures? Any advice on what I can do?
