I am 25 years old and have been dealing with back pain for almost 10 years. My most recent MRI shows 9 bulging discs all at different mm's ranging from 2mm to 5mm some causing narrowing and nerve pressure. I get spasms and tingling in my legs more often than not. I have recently gone to see a spinal surgeon who is suggesting a spinal fusion at L4-L5 L5-S1 from the front. I am terrified. I would like to know what your experiences were like and what if any relief you have gotten.

Should I consider spinal surgery?
