• Create two different situations and compare how the each of the leadership style with solve or counter the situation.

For Example, a situation: in a country where students are champagning for 10% discount in school fees.

What will a Democratic leader do? What will Autocratic leader do? What will Laize faire leader do? And what will Sovereign leader do? To counter the situation.

B. Define team leader and team member

• Create a difficult situation and explain how you will deal with the situation as a team leader and also how you will deal with the same situation as a team member.
