How long does it take for prolixin to work? My dr just prescribed 5 mg day? Was on 5 mg haldol it worked but the side effects were gastronomical. He also prescribed doxipan for sleep but I lost the script have to wait til monday to reach him. I have schizoaffective disorder hit bottom. On Prozac wellbutrin provigil for hypersomnia 1500 mg depakote at night. Have irritating thoughts going through my head not audible but uncontrollable.
