How long did you take effexor (venlafaxine) before seeing an improvement in pain? I took 37.5 for 2 weeks, then bumped up to 75mg for 2weeks and it wasnt working so the doc dropped it down to 37.5 for 3 days and told me to stop taking it. I feel so sick (vertigo symptoms). I can only move around for 30 min- 1 hr at a time before needing to lay down. I had my first needlestick yesterday since i was so dizzy while working on a patient.
