Describe a project that you are familiar with that have at least 5 different stakeholders. Compare and contrast the communication tools and techniques that have worked with each one. Identify communication problems that were encountered with each stakeholder group, and based on the experiences in the class, describe what could be done differently in the future.

A new project team is considering using extensive social media as part of the communications plan to keep all stakeholders engaged. What advice would you give them and why? What pitfalls might they encounter and how can they successful navigate around them?
