How do i design a eight week programme for endurance, week 1-4 and hypertrophy week 5-8 whole body 2 way split showing progression, using 4x Resistance Approach Training Systems i.e. Pyramid Training, Drop Set, Agonist - Antagonist Superset, etc., 2x CV systems (interval, LSD, Fartlek) and using the 'push pull' principle with the equipments, 2x Core exercise (1 each for both weeks)
The above has to use a combination of Free Weights, Machine and Cable. Can you help me? This is for my practical exam and I don't know where to start in designing it. I need guidance.
