How can I bring down swelling in my neck fast? Almost two weeks ago I had brain surgery that involved having to cut from mid head down my entire neck. Cutting through all the muscles and whatever caused lots of swelling in my neck so I now look like I have a double chin all the time. How can I bring it down fast its still here after two weeks! I'm going crazy.
