The Scenario:
Technology has taken its toll on your business again! Two of your team members have been terminated and their positions outsourced to a computer firm.
Through the use the group WIKI, you will work to determine how are you going to keep moving towards your team goals for success.
Your team submission needs to:
- Fully discuss the risks that your team has identified that they face at this time.
- Discuss what change management principles from the Working with Emotional Intelligence have been incorporated into your team strategy.
- Discuss how team diversity can help to mitigate risks in this situation.
- Discuss how the information in the videos on change management (found in the Readings and Resources section of week 4) could help in formulating your strategy.
