In your literature review this week, locate a health care initiative designed to improve patient populations or health systems outcomes that demonstrates advanced levels of DNP clinical judgment.
Analyze the initiative and develop a PowerPoint presentation to communicate your findings including answers to these questions:
Why was the practice initiative developed?
Who was the target population?
Who were the relevant stakeholders (who influenced and who was influenced by the program)?
How would you describe the evidence translated into the practice initiative?
How was the practice initiative implemented?
How were the outcomes of the practice initiative evaluated?
Based on your evaluation, what are your implementation recommendations to add to those already addressed for the practice initiative?

Course Outcome 3: Assess how the role of the advanced practice nurse might be used as a catalyst for change in the clinical practice setting.
