Have you or anyone you know been involved in a home or auto loss and felt as if the insurance should pay only to find out later that it won't?
What can the industry do to better educate consumers on home and auto insurance? (Advertising, classes, mailers, etc.)
Should education of consumers rest solely on agents since they have direct interaction with the consumers, or, should insurance companies be responsible for doing a better job of informing consumers of their coverage?
