Her availability in the marketplace was a result of downsizing and she is looking for a position with your organization. She most recently was a sales representative of one of your largest customers and she knows your product line, customer base, and operations quite well.
• The third candidate, Wayne Compost, is a highly qualified, well-seasoned sales professional with almost 30 years of experience and the most recent experience was with a direct competitor. You have known Wayne for a number of years as you graduated with his son from college. He is applying for the sales representatives position but you know he has only 2-3 years before he is ready to retire.
