Has anyone experience fluctuating blood pressure? My blood pressure is all over the place and worse when I go to the doctor's office. I'm feeling like crap. What can I do? I've restricted calorie intake to 1200 calories per day. I am slowly losing the weight. I've tried exercising more and ended up in the hospital to found out that I have low magnesium and potassium. I'm out of ideas now. I think I would be more at ease if my blood pressure was under control. Any ideas out there?
