Had tubes tied 6 years ago for last few weeks been beyond gassy like embarrassing loud had severe gassy cramps on both sides of stomach just before last period. Then bad constipation back pain breasts larger and in certain position during sex extreme pain in left ovary period was due yesterday.. And starving lately. Plus dizzy spells and crazy mood swings. I've tested once but too early. I don't know what to think?
