Ms. Lucille Naobes a former Big Brother House housemate for 2008 recently approached you as an entrepreneurship student at the University of Namibia as she is looking for ways to improve her business. Lucille Naobes did many things right in her guest to build her current successful business in real estate. Setting goals with dear and succinct timelines and being committed to achieving them helped her get her current business in real estate stared. Hard work, dedication passion, discipline and her commitment to getting the right skills have made all the difference and she has all the accolades to show for it. With her soft voice Lucile tells in she would love to leave this world better than she found it and is constantly seeking ways to help other Namibians like herself grow the national economy. She is currently busy with reading the Nambian Harambee Prosperity Plan and intends to expand her current business to Singapore.

10. Singapore with limited or no natural resources have grown their economy successfully, yet Namibia with all its abundant natural resources is challenged to grow beyond capacity. Conduct desktop and field research and highlight some of the growth and development measures used by Singapore. In addition discuss some of the lessons Namibia can learn from Singapore?
