Group Assignment
You are the Project Manager for Que Que Products. You have been given the activities in a table together with their predecessors and duration times. You have a presentation to complete and part of the presentation is to show an AON project network together with a Gantt Chart.
Requirements:
1. Complete an AON network and ensure you identify the Critical Path/s as well as include any legends
2. Complete the Gantt Chart, based on the information provided. Ensure you identify the Critical Path/s and any legend/s.
3. Ensure you post your electronic files into the appropriate Group Submissions box by the due date.
4. Make a hard copy of the assignment, which you posted into the FOL Submission's box on the due date. It will be your hard copy which will be graded.
5. Please ensure you cite all references and have a cover page with the title, Assignment, Group number and Group member names as well the due date.
6. Ensure that you have included your Group Meeting Minutesand your Responsibility Matrix for this assignment.
