Some information on the made up company (IRSC BAS Inc.): It is time to develop the right policies to deal with the companies retention issues.  IRSC BAS Inc. is competitive but struggles with turnover in the service area.  The people within the company are not being developed effectively. Improving the development of the companies employees has been a part of the strategic plan for the past four years, but has not been fully realized.
