Goin back to my surgeon that did my last surgery in July 2013 on the 3rd of May. I am goin back to him cuz of issues but I just wanted everyone opinion on this statement that I found in my last CT scan in Sept 2013.
There is a new abnormal small bowel loop in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen with eccentric wall thickening and focal dilatation. This is perhaps best seen at images 56 through 77 in the left upper quadrant.
Soft tissue stranding is seen in the mesentery at the midline and right upper quadrant also new since the previous study in January 2013.
Patient's ileocolic anastomosis appears patent. There is no periportal, or retroperitoneal adenopathy.
Let me know I am interested in what everyone has to say.
