Goal

The goal of the individual assignment is for students to critically and systematically evaluate the culture context of IHRM. It requires students to analyze the empirical findings found in the chosen journal article related to culture in IHRM. The analysis will involve comparison between intercultural management studies to provide an understanding on how culture and cross-culture context may affect IHRM. It will highlight the development of culture due to globalization in managing IHRM functions.

Steps to take

1-This report will run into 2 to 3 pages with single spacing, 12 Times New Romans font, and justified paragraphs.

2-Starts the report with complete article title, author/s name, journal name, volume number, issue number, and year of publication: 1st paragraph

3-Write about what this article is all about in terms of the concepts/ issues being studied: 2nd – 3rd paragraph

4-Write about the focus of the issues and why this issue is important to be addressed: 4th – 6th paragraph

5-Write the recommendations and the implications of the study as discussed by the author/s in the article: 7th – 8th paragraph

6-Provide an additional writing on your critical perspectives how the discussed recommendations and implications can be fitted into UAE culture and environment: 9th paragraph

7-This write-up will require sufficient number of references to support your justification and judgment as listed in No. 6 (9th paragraph). Minimum number of journal references is two (2).
